'Tu Voz Sin Fronteras': Speaking at Source Elements' 20th Anniversary

For Source Elements' 20th anniversary — the company behind Source-Connect, the tool that lets voice actors record with studios anywhere on the planet — I had the honor of joining the Spanish-language panel 'Tu voz sin fronteras' ('Your voice without borders'), alongside wonderful colleagues: Memo Sauceda (Miami), Marabina Jaimes (Hollywood) and Carlos Rondón (Miami).

The topic could not be closer to my own story: how to internationalize your voice. What it takes to work in Spanish in and with the United States, how remote sessions changed everything, and why a professional home studio plus a connected workflow means your booth in Los Angeles can serve a client in Buenos Aires, Mexico City or Madrid the same afternoon.

Representing Spanish-speaking voice talent that shines around the world, at the invitation of the very company that made borderless recording possible, was a beautiful full-circle moment. Twenty years ago, working across borders was a dream of the industry. Today it is my everyday life.
