I’m going to explain here the importance of giving a good explanation! And not only is the explaining important: the voice that does the explaining should accompany the desire and need any organization has to connect with current customers and potential ones.
There is a specific way of relaying every message, every benefit, and every promise. When customers arrive at your portal seeking information, they also need it to be clear, direct and simple.
I will guide you so that we can achieve that together!
Less is not more.
Sometimes we underestimate our customers by not giving them enough information, assuming they already know what they need or are familiar with the advantages of our portfolio.
Oftentimes people hesitate to follow up on a desire to purchase or use a service or brand because they see it as inaccessible or hard to use or install. In the case of new technologies, older people are often reluctant because they fear they won’t know how to use the gadget, platform, or other product.
In all of these situations, explainer videos play a necessary, important role. They bring people closer to what an organization or company offers. Anyone can sell you a mobile phone but few convince you that this was just the phone you were looking for.
The voice of experience—and patience!
It’s frustrating when someone explains something but does so in a hurry, is impatient, or does not attempt to make things clear.
An explanation should be different, like when a friend happily shares her experience with a product she bought and recommends, when an employee gives you a simple, straightforward explanation on how to fill out a form, or when a mother explains a recipe to a son, step by step. My voice has all of these facets and personalities.
Besides my training as a narrator, I can speak at a pace that communicates patience. My voice accompanies the process and sets out to simply provide the information customers need—and that will get their attention.
I offer all of this versatility so that your target public will be interested in your services without feeling overwhelmed. Think of it as a supplement to your existing information, connecting you to everyone who wants or needs to understand and receive detailed information of any kind, be it business-related, public, cultural, commercial, social, etc.
So here’s to explanations! They strengthen our ties to one another, building interactions that benefit everyone involved. Count me in on that mission!
